SHIPPING NOTICE
To ensure your order arrives safely and at the proper temperature, our frozen products are carefully packed in insulated shipping materials with dry ice or another appropriate cooling agent.
Orders ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed on or before Wednesday will typically ship the following week. Orders placed after Wednesday will typically be delayed for an additional week. Shipping may also be delayed due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or carrier interruptions. You will receive tracking information by email once your shipping label has been created.
